Monica began her personal journey into fitness with weight lifting at age 19. She is currently an active participant in training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Cardio Kickboxing, Power Lifting and Yoga. Monica has already had great success in Jiu Jitsu competition, winning 1st Place at the NJBJJF Spring Challenge Jiu Jitsu tournament.
After seeing success in reaching some of her own fitness goals, she decided that she wanted to start assisting others in their journeys as well. Monica has been a group fitness instructor for three years, and has a true passion for all things fitness related. Mainly specializing in Cardio Kickboxing, she is a personal advocate for the amazing fat loss and muscle toning results that are delivered through this type of exercise. Monica is experienced in working with all skill levels from beginners to advanced athletes and has worked with both men and women from ages 12 to 65.
